TAN, GREENS AND BLUES

COLOURS ON LAWN AT RIVERTON TWEEDS AND COATS AGAIN WORN Brilliant sunshine favoured the second day’s racing at Riverton yesterday. Tweeds and coats were again to be seen with a smattering of colour in London tan, greens and blues and a new colour called “clover.” Among those present were:— Mrs Banks, fawn tailored jacket and brown skirt, fawn felt velour hat. Mrs Geoffrey Giller, oyster tweed costume and black valour hat.

Miss Dorothy Willett, dark, green coat, green cavalier hat with orange quill and green shoes. Miss Constance Chaplin, navy blue costume and small navy halo hat. Mrs A. Rutherford, misty blue frock and blue hat.
