GRAND MASTER OF PRIMROSE LEAGUE (British Official Wireless) (Received February 25, 5.5 p.m.) At a meeting of the Grand Council of the Primrose League, under whose banner he entered politics, the resignation of Earl Baldwin of Bewdley as grand master was accepted and the Minister of Health (Sir Kingsley Wood) was annointed to succeed him.
