R. H. BRUCE LOCKHART, who has described his adventures and wanderings in "Memoirs of a British Agent,” "Retreat From Glory,” and “Return to Malaya,” has now written an account of the first 17 years of his life in Scotland. The new book is entitled “My Scottish. Youth” and is published by Putnam.
