STANLEY McKAY’S GAIETIES
FINAL PERFORMANCE LAST EVENING A successful season was brought to a close last evening when the Stanley McKay Gaieties Company presented its final revue “In Sunny Hawaii.” There was a good attendance at the Civic Theatre when the presentation was staged. The numbers were rich in humour and extravagant in setting. The artists who have so cleverly entertained Invercargill audiences during the week were again outstanding in some delightful new items. The Hilo Duo led community singing, into which the audience entered without reserve. The final performance was. a gay one and the production went with a swing from start to finish.
