The case in which Ivah May Cran (Mr M. M. Macdonald) claimed from William Smith and Company, Ltd., (Mr B. W. Hewat) damages totalling £1273 4/8, set down for hearing in the Supreme Court, was settled out of Court. This was intimated to his Honour, Mr Justice Kennedy, yesterday morning, and the case was struck out.
