LEADERSHIP OF LONDON COUNTY COUNCIL
LABOUR PEER TO RETIRE NEXT MONTH (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, February 16. Lord Snell at the end of March will complete his fourth successive year as chairman of the London County Council, and according to the newspapers the Labour Party intends to nominate'as his successor Mr E. G. Culpin, a wellknown architect and town-planner, who has been vice-chairman of the London County Council for the past three years.
