NO FAITH IN JAPAN’S PLEDGES
AMERICAN’S VIEW OF ARMS CONFERENCE (Received February 17, 6.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, February 16. In the House of Representatives Mr J. W. Mott (Republican) discussing the possibility of a conference on armaments limitation, expressed the opinion that Japan’s signature to a treaty was not worth the paper it was written on.
