Among recent automotive novelties that likely will appeal strongly to the touring motorist is a windshield wiper which combines with the usual cleaning action, facilities for washing the glass. It is a vacuum type device but it has an attachment for spraying cleaning fluid when desired. With this, the car driver can free the glass of the fine mud that accumulates after a rain as well as unsightly bug debris.
