SALESMAN CHARGED WITH FORGERY
COMMITTAL TO SUPREME COURT FOR TRIAL (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, January 13. Evidence on 10 charges against Hannath Noel Blake Marshall, a salesman, aged 37, involving a total of £3ll 14/9 was concluded before Mr J. G. R. Hewitt, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court this afternoon. He appeared on two charges of forging names to agreements to purchase cars and on eight of obtaining money from the New Zealand Guarantee Corporation, Ltd., by falsely representing that motor-cars had been disposed of under hire-purchase agreements. Accused pleaded not guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial.
