SCHOLARS HAIL KING AND QUEEN
TRADITION AT WESTMINSTER SCHOOL (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, December 21. In traditional fashion and accompanied by a torchlight procession the King and Queen entered Westminster School for die Westminster Latin play. Their Majesties were received with the same acclamation that the King’s scholars of the school accorded there at Westminster Abbey at the Coronation: “Vivat Rex Georgius!” and “Vivat Regina Elizabetha!” It is the first time since the reign of William IV that the reigning sovereign and his Consort have attended the annual play.
