TELEVISION BROADCAST TO KENT
PROPOSAL TO EQUIP LONDON THEATRES (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, December 8. The British Broadcasting Corporation’s television programme from Alexandra Palace was shown in a theatre at Bromley, Kent. The results were clear, with little interference. It is stated that proposals are on foot to equip large groups of London cinemas with apparatus for television programmes.
