POLICE DECIPHER CAGOULARDS’ DOCUMENTS
(Received December 8, 9.10 p.m.)
PARIS, December 8.
The Cagoulards, the secret military organization, whose plot against the Republic was foiled, used an English book on economics to decipher their secret messages, according to the police, who claim that this discovery enabled them to decode documents.
A magistrate today had the book beside him when he opened the sealed documents found in the office of Henri de Loncle, a brother of the alleged leader of the organization.
