FOOT-AND-MOUTH IN GERMANY
OVER 12,000 FARMS AFFECTED
(Received December 8, 9.5 p.m.) BERLIN, December 8. There are 12,128 farms in Germany affected by foot-and-mouth disease—an increase of 771 since' the middle of November. Baden is the centre of the outbreak, and 6473 farms are affected there.
