The Lower Court hearing of the case in which William Mcßeynolds, a ship’s fireman, William Henry Roberts, a cleaner, and Stuart Aldred, a taxidriver, were charged with being found by night at Paraparaumu in possession of instruments of house-breaking concluded at Wellington yesterday. Accused pleaded not guilty and were committed to the Supreme Court for trial.—Press Association. i
