JAPANESE APPOINTED ARCHBISHOP
DECISION BY THE VATICAN (Received December 6, 10.25 p.m.) TOKYO, December 5. The Vatican has appointed the Rev. Tatsuo Doi Archbishop of Tokyo. He is the first Japanese archbishop.
