KING OF BELGIANS AND ENGLISHWOMAN LEOPOLD VISITS BRITAIN INCOGNITO (United Press Assn. —Telegraph Copyright) (Received December 5, 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, December 5. Rumours of a Royal romance and the suggestion that King Leopold may marry an Englishwoman are revived by the arrival of the King of the Belgians and the Queen Mother in England incognito from Brussels. They are spending the week-end with the Duke and Duchess of Portland at Welbeck Abbey. The Sunday Dispatch mentions the the name of Lady Ann CavendishBentinck.
Belgian official circles believe that the King is merely visiting old friends as the result of an invitation given at a previous visit.
