POACHED EGGS BUCKINGHAM Arrange poached eggs on buttered circles of toast. Pour over a little cheese sauce. Garnish with paprika and parsley. Cheese Sauce: — 1 cup milk. Pepper and salt to taste. 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) butter. 3 tablespoons (j ounce) flour, cup tasty, grated cheese. Melt butter, add flour and seasonings and blend well. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Boil two minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cheese till thoroughly blended. SARAH.
