POTATO DIGGERS INCINERATED
TWELVE DIE IN IRISH FIRE (Received September 17, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, September 16. Twelve Irish potato diggers, believed to be all men, were burnt to death when fire destroyed a wooden hut on a farm near Glasgow wherein 38 men and women were sleeping. Three lots of the victims were brothers.
