SWISS HONOUR LORD BALDWIN
FREEDOM OF AIX-LE-BAINS (British Official Wireless) (Received September 16, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, September 15. Earl Baldwin of Bewdley, before leaving Aix-le-bains to continue his holiday in Switzerland, was presented with the freedom of that city. Arrangements are now complete for a ceremony on November 5, when Lord Baldwin will be presented with an address by the City of London. An illuminated copy of the address, enclosed in a gold casket, will be formally handed to Lord Baldwin.
