FEARS ENTERTAINED FOR SAFETY (United Press Association) AUCKLAND, September 16. Fears are entertained for the safety of a married man, Joseph Watkin Hetherington, aged 60 years, a resident of Orewa, who put off from Arktes Bay early on Wednesday morning in a flatbottomed boat with the intention of making for Auckland.
