SEQUEL TO DOMESTIC QUARREL
HUSBAND CHARGED WITH MURDER (United Press Association) DUNEDIN, September 15. Over eight weeks after he was admitted to hospital with a severe gunshot wound in the chest, Arthur Richardson was today formally charged with the murder of his wife, Jessie Richardson, at Otokia. She was in a room at tha home of her married daughter when she was fatally shot in the abdomen. Richardson, whose home was at Berwick, was found at Otokia with. a severe wound in the chest, ne haying turned a double-barrelled gun on himself. He has made an excellent recovery. The charge was. read to Richardson, who is still a patient at the hospital, by Detective Sergeant Hall. He will appear in the ' Magistrates Court next Wednesday.
