BOY DIES OF 7000 BEE STINGS
ATTACK ON WYOMING FARM (Received August 24, 8.45 p.m.) LANDER (Wyoming), August 23. With his face and body swollen so as to be unrecognizable, a boy of six died after being attacked on a farm by thousands of bees. Doctors removed 7000 stings. The boy’s brother, who was seriously stung, ran for help. He said the two of them were riding at the time. He could give no reason for the attack.
