MAINTAINED IN ADEQUATE REPAIR A flat denial that school buses in Southland were in a bad state of repair as such buses in Canterbury were stated to be by Mr T. H. Langford, the No. 3 Transport Licensing Authority, in a Press Association telegram from Christchurch published yesterday, was given by the secretary of the Southland Education Board (Mr H. T.
