SAW MILL DESTROYED BY FIRE
TIMBER STACKS SAVED (United Press Association) TAUMARUNUI, June 16. At four o’clock this morning a fire destroyed Manson and Clark’s saw mill at Manson’s Siding on the Main Trunk line south of Taumarunui. The mill and plant were totally destroyed, but the timber stacks were saved. The mill had been operating for many years.
