INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION IN JAPAN
NEW PROGRAMME FORMULATED BY CABINET
LONDON, June 15.
The Tokyo correspondent of The Times says that Cabinet has decided to formulate a programme of three parts for expansion of productive capacity, the balancing of international accounts and adjustment of the supply and demand for commodities.
The spokesman said the pi-ogramme would be spread over possibly five years and would co-ordinate with the five-year industrial plan in Manchukuo.
