WATERSIDE WORK
OPERATION OP BUREAU SYSTEM (Special to The Times) WELLINGTON, June 16. Captain C. Vanden Bergh has been appointed manager of the Wellington Waterside Labour Bureau, and Captain Mariner Holm has been appointed manager of the Auckland Waterside Labour Bureau. Captain M. Holm is the younger brother of Captain S. Holm, general manager of the Holm Shipping Line He is a well-known coastal ship master and until recently was in command of the Port Whangarei. • ; The bureau system of engaging waterside labour is to be brought into operation at Wellington and Auckland at the end of this month.
