OBITUARY
MB J. E. pAMBLE
(United Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 16. The death has occurred of Mr John Edward Gamble, aged 66 years. Deceased was in the service of the Wellington Harbour Board for nearly 49 years, retiring from the position of accountant a little over four years ago. In his younger days Mr Gamble was a member of the old Selwyn Football Club and of the Wellington Rowing Club. He was also interested in swimming.
