Mataura Notes

The Mataura Freezing Works employees held their annual ball in the Horticultural Hall recently. Rows of coloured lights and streamers decorated the hall. The New Mayfair dance band, Dunedin, supplied the music. The lucky spot waltz was won by Mr T. Ford (Conical Hills) and Miss R. Clutterbuck (Gore). Among those present were: Mr and Mrs A. T.
