DISORDERLY CONDUCT IN RAIL CAR

Disorderly conduct in a rail-car on the Wairarapa line on February 27 resulted in Eric Basil Thompson being fined 30/-, and costs, and Owen Dixon and George Hirst £1 and costs. The evidence showed that the accused after drinking from a bottle, became unruly, causing some women passengers to become almost hysterical. The passengers were jostled and caused a lot of annoyance.
