DISASTER TO JAPANESE FISHING FLEET
51 MEN DROWNED IN TYPHOON (Received April 23, 1.20 'a.m.) TOKYO, April 22. Fifty-one fishermen were drowned and 170 are missing (believed to be dead) in a typhoon which struck a Japanese herring fishing fleet in the Sea of Okhotsk.
