GENERAL NOTES The Union Company’s intercolonial steamer Waikouaiti arrived at Bluff from Sydney - yesterday with Australian mails and cargo. She was due to finish working last night and to sail shortly after midnight for Dunedin. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Rangitane is expected to finish her Southland loading today and sail for Lyttelton. The Shell Oil Company’s motor-vessel Paua is due to arrive at Bluff from Wellington on Sunday. She discharges case and bulk oil and sails on completion to return to the north. The Union Company’s vessel Waimarino is expected to arrive at Bluff from northern ports today. 1 - ■ The Union Steam Ship Company has received advice from Wellington that the Waitaki, which sailed from Melbourne last Wednesday has transhipments by the Templar and the Orford. It is reported that the Mataroa is now to clear Wellington at noon on Saturday for Southampton and London, via Panama, Kingston and Curacao. The Westmoreland arrived at Cristobal from New Zealand ports on April 20. SUMMER TIME TO END ■ Mariners are advised that the reversion from Summer Time to Standard Time will take place at 2 a.m. on Sunday, April 25.
