RIFLE SHOOTING
LADIES’ MINIATURE CLUB The Invercargill Ladies’ Miniature Rifle Club-held its weekly shoot last evening, when there was a good attendance of members. Several good scores were registered and the trophy for most improved shot was won by Miss I. Robertson. Following are the scores:—Miss I. Robertson, 72—7—79; Mrs Doake, 69— 19—79; Miss G. Robertson, 76—3—79; Miss H. Robertson, 59 —20—79; Miss Patterson, 51-28-79; Mrs Graham, 76—3—79; Mrs Archer, 75 —4—79; Miss Murray, 64—15—79; Mrs Niven, 50—29 7- Miss McKenzie, 46 —33 —79; Mrs McMillan, 69—9—78; Mrs Wachner, 5918—77; Mrs Robertson, 63—13—76; Mrs Crosado, 63—11—74; Mrs Braxton. 43— 27—70; Miss Lockett, 46—23 —69; Miss Stone, 35-33-68; Mrs Lyall, 43—23— 66; Miss Mayhew, 20—45 —65; Mrs McDonald, 20—36—56. The highest scorers off the rifle were: Miss G. Robertson, 76; Mrs Graham, 76; Mrs Archer, 75; Miss I. Robertson, 72.
