SHARE MARKET

INVERCARGILL STOCK EXCHANGE GOVERNMENT SECURITIES IN DEMAND Government securities were still in demand at the call-over on the Invercargill Stock Exchange yesterday. Bank of New Zealand shares were firmer, but metal companies’ shares had slipped back. The following quotations were called:—
