MRS MOLLISON MAKES OFFER
NON-STOP FLIGHT FROM LONDON TO VANCOUVER
(Received April 19, 7.35 p.m.) MONTREAL, April 18.
Mrs J. A. Mollison is bound for New York. She said she was willing to fly non-stop from London to Montreal and then Vancouver to draw attention to the possibilities of a new air route if it was officially requested. The Minister of ’Transport (Mr Howe) said that he would discuss the offer with other officials.
