LABOUR CONFERENCE

COMPLETE BASIS OF UNITY ARRIVED AT (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 19. The Labour Unity Conference concluded its business today. After the conference adjourned on Saturday afternoon .it. was stated that, a .complete basis of unity was arrived at. and that delegates had decided to recommend their unions to accept the decision of the conference and to link up with the New Zealand Federation of Labour. . About 100 delegates remained for today’s session and completed the business of the conference. The acting Prime Minister (the Hon. P. Fraser) attended, and congratulated the delegates on having achieved unity.
