Gore OBITUARY
MRS G. W. WHITTINGHAM The death has occurred at Gore of Mrs G. W. Whittingham. Mrs Whittingham had been ill for some time, but had been bright and cheerful and her death came as a shock. She was bom at Mataura 54 years ago and was a daughter of Mr and Mrs Charles Stewart, who were well-known residents of that district. About 35 years ago she married Mr G. W. Whittingham. Of a quiet, homely disposition, she was highly respected by all with whom she came in contact. She is survived by her husband and four daughters, Mesdames I. E. Grant, S. W. Stephenson, A. A. Youngman, and H. Phillips, all of Gore.
