LORD NUFFIELD’S OFFER RUGBY, March 9. An offer by Lord Nuffield to give £50,000 for the formation of a sea cadet corps provided another £lOO,OOO was raised by the Navy League is announced by the Lord Mayor of London (Sir George Broadbridge).
