GENERAL NOTES The motor-vessel Tamatea sailed at 8.30 a.m. yesterday with passengers and stores for Milford Sound. The schooner Scout arrived from Stewart Island at 10 a.m. yesterday with cased fish. The Shaw Savill motor-liner Waipawa finished her Southland loading yesterday and sailed early last night for Napier. The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that because of delays by rain, which have interrupted her loading, the motorliner Rangitiki will now clear Wellington finally at 3 p.m. on March 13 for London, via the Panama Canal, instead of at noon on March 11. The Rangitiki is now due at Wellington on March 10 from Auckland to complete her loading. Cabled advice has been received by the New Zealand Shipping Company that the M.-A.-N.Z. Line chartered motor-ship Australind left Halifax on February 27 for Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on April 5. The Port Line has received a wireless message from the Port Denison, en route from New York, reporting that she expects to reach Auckland at 7 a.m. on Monday. She will later complete discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin and Is due there on March 11.
