MILITARY TRAINING FOR EIGHT-YEAR-OLDS
RUSSIAN DECREE RULES CHILDREN’S GAMES MOSCOW, March 3. A new decree orders military training for children eight years old and upwards, and the manufacture of miniature guns, aeroplanes, cars and gas masks. Children’s games must be directed towards the application of military lessons.
