THURSDAY (Before Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M.) Judgment was entered for plaintiff by default, with costs, in the following civil claims: James Manson and Sons v. W. E. Russell (Invercargill) for £1 14/3, costs 8/-; L. E. Hume v. B. Coote (Fortification) for £4 12/6, costs £1 5/6. In a judgment summons case J. Norton (Invercargill) was ordered to pay Tappers Ltd., £2 1/3, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment.
