The people of Invercargill are to have the opportunity of greeting New Zealand's famous aviatrix, Messrs H. and J. Smith, Ltd., having completed arrangements for Miss Jean Batten to appear in their Tearooms next Thursday afternoon at 3.15. This will be Miss Batten’s only public appearance in Invercargill. No Telephone Reservations. The Box Plan will open in H. and J. Smith’s Booking Office at 9 a.m. on Monday. Afternoon Tea will be 1/- and booking fee 6d. No telephone reservations can be accepted.—Advt.
