TRADE CO-OPERATION DESIRED

NEW Z.EALAND AND AUSTRALIA. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Sydney, October 20. The Minister of Defence (Sir Archdale Parkhill) in his report to the Federal Cabinet states that New Zealand is anxious to co-operate with the Commonwealth Government at the earliest possible date to improve trade relations between the two Dominions. Sir Archdale Parkhill’s report is now before Cabinet, and it is expected that a further communication will be sent to the New Zealand Government in the near future dealing with the specific points that have been raised. Sir Charles Marr, speaking at Rose Bay, said that he would like to see free trade between Australia and New Zealand.
