PROBLEM FOR NAVAL AUTHORITIES
PLACING OF GIANT DOCK AT HONOLULU. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Honolulu, October 17. The American naval authorities are faced with a puzzling problem where to dock the new floating dry dock when it is finished. The dock, which cost 10,000,000 dollars, will be 1018 ft long, 175 ft wide and 70ft high, and will almost accommodate the Queen Mary.
