(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Washington, October 15. For the first time in history the United States gold reserve exceeded 11,000,000,000 dollars on October 13. The Secretary to the Treasury (Mr Henry Morgenthau) said that this had no connection with the tripartite monetary agreement. He added that transactions under the agreement would be kept secret, being regarded as part of the operations of the stabilization fund.
