Wyndham BAND OF HOPE

There was a good attendance at the monthly meeting of the Wyndham Band of Hope. The meeting was supervised by the Rev. G. D. Falconer, aided by Miss Bertha Stevens. Mr Falconer read a story entitled “The White Ship,” dealing with the period of Henry 1, and illustrating the evil effects of alcohol. The remainder of the evening was passed with games and competitions, Miss Stevens acted as accompaniste.
