REFERENCE TO SALE OF TRUST BUILDING. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 12.15 a.m.) Sydney, September 21. Mr J. W. S. McArthur, who has returned to Sydney, expressed the opinion that the Public Trustee of New Zealand should have been consulted about the sale of the Trust Building in Sydney, as that official was entitled to twothirds of the money from it. Mr McArthur congratulated the Bank of New South Wales on getting the Trust Building at the bargain price of £273,000.
