MEAT STANDARD TO BE DEVELOPED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, September 18. The South African Government has purchased 240 British rams, including 100 of the Dorset Horn breed, to improve flocks with a view to competing in the world supply of mutton.
