FEW RECRUITS
British Infantry Reserve
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.50 p.m.) Landon, September 18. The Times says that the recruiting of the new infantry reserve is worse than disappointing. Although it is intended to enlist 17,000 men, so far only 286 have joined up.
