M. TITULESCU HAS BLOOD TRANSFUSION. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, September 17.
A message from St. Moritz (Switzerland) states that M. Nicolae Titulescu, who until the recent change was Foreign Minister in the Rumanian Cabinet, had a blood transfusion to counter serious anaemia. A second transfusion will probably be necessary.
