A Twenty-first Anniversary.— The coming-of-age of the Toe H. movement which was founded in Poperinghe, France, during the Great War, was celebrated in London recently. Delegates attended from branches in all parts of the British Empire. This picture shows the Duke of Kent officiating at the “Lighting of the Lamps,” with the Rev. Philip (“Tubby”) Clayton, the founder, standing beside him.
